Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and Achim Dekkers, the individual operating Stima from Willemstad, Curaçao.
Acceptance
By using the Stima app or stima.love, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Minimum age
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Stima.
Using Stima
Stima provides romantic ideas, reminders, and planning tools. Stima is intended for personal use and does not provide relationship counseling, medical advice, or other professional advice.
Accounts
Users are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting their sign-in details, all activity performed through their account, and using Stima lawfully.
Partner information
Users choose what information to enter about their partner. Users should only enter information they are comfortable storing and have permission to provide.
Romantic ideas
Stima's romantic ideas are suggestions. Users are responsible for deciding whether an idea is appropriate for their relationship, budget, health, safety, location, and circumstances. Stima does not guarantee a particular outcome.
Notifications
Reminders depend on device permissions, settings, and operating-system behavior. Stima cannot guarantee that every reminder will arrive at an exact time. Users should not rely on Stima as their only reminder for important events.
Love Points
Love Points are an in-app feature used to unlock ideas. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for money.
Current idea costs are:
- Small Gesture: 5 Love Points
- Something Special: 10 Love Points
- Go All Out: 20 Love Points
Purchases and Premium
Love Point purchases and Stima Premium are not currently available. The applicable purchase and subscription terms will be added before these features are released.
Rewarded advertisements
Live rewarded advertisements are not currently available. The applicable terms will be added before this feature is released.
Ownership
Stima, its branding, software, and idea content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Stima content is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
Availability
Stima may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features. The service may occasionally be unavailable.
Account termination
Users may stop using Stima and delete their account at any time. Stima may suspend access when a user violates these terms or misuses the service.
Disclaimer and liability
Stima is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Stima does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every suggestion will be suitable for every user. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Disputes relating to Stima will be submitted to the competent courts of Curaçao, unless mandatory consumer law gives the user the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Changes
These terms may be updated as Stima changes. The date at the top of this page will show when the terms were last revised.
